Am I eligible to attend NZ Promo Show?
NZ Promo Show is a trade-only event and open to APPA distributor members, decorator members and pre-approved non-members. Entry to the event by the general public is not permitted.
I’m not a member of APPA. Can I attend NZ Promo Show?
If you are recognised by APPA as an active distributor of promotional products, you will be eligible to attend Promo Show regardless of your membership status. Please be mindful that APPA reserves the right to reject any registration to attend the show.
Do I need to pay to attend the show?
APPA decorator and distributor members receive free entry to all APPA trade shows., If you are not a member of APPA, you must pay $50 per person to attend.
I'm not fully trading yet. Can I still attend?
Entry to NZ Promo Show is restricted to actively trading promotional product distributors. If you are in the process of setting up a business in the promotional products industry, please email ida@appa.com.au to discuss your eligibility to attend the show.
Can I bring my children to the show?
Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed to enter the show. Infants and toddlers (aged 0-2) are permitted entry if safely restrained in a carrying device or pram.
Can I register when I arrive at the show?
Non-members are not permitted to register on-site and must pre-register online. APPA members can register on-site.
Can I bring one of my clients to the show?
No. Access is strictly for delegates of current APPA member businesses and approved delegates of non-member businesses. End-users are not permitted to attend the show.
Is photography permitted at the show?
Without the express approval from the exhibitor, no video or still photography from cameras or mobile devices is permitted during the event. This protects the privacy and intellectual property of our exhibitors.
I’m an APPA supplier member but am not exhibiting. Am I allowed to attend the show?
In the interest of exhibiting suppliers, member and non-member suppliers who are not exhibiting at NZ Promo Show are prohibited from attending the trade show.
I want to cancel my registration. Will I receive a refund?
Cancellations will be accepted until 2 weeks before to the show. Alternatively, you can transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Tickets purchased after the cancellation date will have 24 hours to notify APPA. Refunds will not be granted if you fail to attend or where a substitute is refused entry under Attendee Terms and Conditions.
